How It Works
Our ballistic separator operates with a series of six parallel paddles in orbital motion. This design maximizes separation efficiency by shaking incoming materials, allowing different materials to follow unique trajectories based on their physical characteristics. Lightweight and flat materials (2D) are separated from heavy and rolling materials (3D), with fine fractions screened through perforated paddles.
